I can’t believe another year has blown by! This has definitely been one of the craziest years of my life! Business took off and I couldn’t be more thankful. It probably sounds cheesy, but every time I drive home from a wedding or engagement shoot, I just feel like the luckiest person ever. Photography has taken me to so many amazing places and introduced me to the coolest couples. This year I’ve been all over Colorado, New Mexico, and took my first trip to the pacific northwest for a workshop on the Oregon Coast. Pretty soon I’ll be traveling to Arizona, Florida, San Diego, and Utah for some amazing elopements! And I have weddings booked all over Colorado and New Mexico for this coming year. I couldn’t be more excited for the future. None of this would be possible without all of the couples out there getting engaged and married and trusting me to tag along!

So thank you to all of you that trust me with your memories and laugh at my corny jokes. Thank you for braving the cold, the wind, and climbing on the edges of mountains to get that epic shot! Thank you to all the vendors that I have collaborated with and helped my visions come to life! Thank you to all the wonderful photographers I have met along the way and have quickly become friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

In the spirit of the new year, I’m brainstorming all the goals I want to accomplish this year. I really want to start mentoring more photographers and sharing my knowledge. I am hoping to debut some online tools and I already have 1:1 mentorships available! Becoming an entrepreneur and creating multiple income streams for myself has been such a gift, and I’d love to share more with people who are interested! I also want to take more photos of myself and my husband. I have been so bad about documenting my own life, and that stops this year!
